Thank you for your interest in teaching at our show. Proposal forms are sent out about 11 months before a show. At this time, if you would send us the following, we can start a file on you, and at the appropriate time send you a formal proposal packet.

1. Your resume, bio, or Curriculum Vitae
2. Your brochure to solicit teaching situations, or a class catalogue with your classes indicated
3. Publications, including any magazine or newspaper articles by or about you
4. Photos of your work
5. Letters of reference
