At International Quilt Festival/Long Beach, attendees can shop at more than 525 booths offering antique and contemporary quilts, fabrics, books, notions, patterns, sewing machines, antiques, crafts, collectibles, and more! There are also areas where attendees can enjoy many free activities including teacher demonstrations, the Learn to Quilt Booth, the Festival Quilting Bee, the Make It and Take It project area, and more.
And returning once more is Make It University!™. This special section features vendors, hands-on classes, Open Studios, and special exhibits in the new fabric and mixed-media arts of rubber stamping, paper crafts, scrapbooking, accent painting, and Artist Trading Cards. Make It University!™ is produced in collaboration with Cloth Paper Scissors® magazine and its editor, Patricia Bolton.
We’ll be roaming the show floor, vendor, and exhibit areas and taking photos on-site at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center, and posting them here throughout the course of the show for you to see! Please come back to see new content each day.
And new for this year—vidcasts! Check back in two weeks after the show for exclusive video reports, tours, and interviews from the show!
