
Prospective Quilt Festival Exhibitors
Why should YOUR business consider being an exhibiting at Quilt Festival Shows?
Since 1975, International Quilt Festival in Houston has been the premiere quilt show in the country. The Houston edition attracts more than 35,000 attendees from 25+ countries over a 4 ½ day period. They come to celebrate their love and enthusiasm for this creative art form that has both strong historical traditions and a bold contemporary aesthetic.
The Houston Quilt Festival features nearly 800 exhibitor booths offering quilting and sewing supplies including fabrics, patterns, notions, batting, threads, books and magazines, computer systems and software, dyes and paints, sewing and quilting machines, stencils, ribbons, trims, and frames and equipment. There is also a section for antique and contemporary quilt dealers. We also have two special pavilions: Embellishment® (for beads, buttons, and jewelry), and A Victorian Romance (lace, linens, tea cups and supplies, clothing, jewelry, antiques, and crafts).
If your company sells goods in any of these areas—or offers a related product or service—you could benefit from exhibiting at Quilt Festival and getting your products in front of the tens of thousands of attendees who are looking to shop!
Quilt Festival also includes more than 1,300 quilts and pieces of fabric art on display, and 325+ classes, seminars, and events for all skill levels and techniques.
To maintain the high standards set for Quilt Festival, we require the following from prospective exhibitors:
- A letter from you indicating the quilt show/s you are interested in, and that your company has been producing or selling its product lines for one year or more;
- A recommendation letter from a business associate in the industry; and
- Product samples or photo/s of the items to be sold at the Festival, such as a catalog, a sample pattern, or other substantiation of the line of products to be cleared by the Festival Screening Committee. Keep in mind that we are a textile-related show and we require that at least 90% of the merchandise you bring to Festival be related to this theme. Please only submit items that do not need to be returned.

If your company has been accepted as a new exhibitor, you will also receive a Festival contract following your acceptance. The contract packet contains information on booth types and prices. If you wish to also exhibit at Market, please make an inquiry regarding Market requirements.
